Melvin J. Levine Memorial Scholarship
The Melvin J. Levine Memorial Scholarship is an endowment established by Claire M. Levine ’78 in memory of her husband. Mr. Levine, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, attended the University of Pennsylvania where he completed the V-12 Navy College Training Program in 1946 as an ensign, with a baccalaureate degree in both engineering and the Wharton school. He enjoyed business and financial dealings and the ability they provided to afford and support his interests and philanthropies. The award is available to full-time students with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
