William Lopatto

The Josephine Lopatto Nursing Award is an annual opportunity originally established by the late Claire Lopatto, assistant dean of General Studies, for the benefit of students in the Nursing program. The award is in memory of Josephine Lopatto, the late mother of original donor Claire Lopatto, and her brother William Lopatto. Josephine had a distinguished career as an RN, including active duty as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Nurse Corp during World War II.
