Stockton University Board of Trustees

Stockton University is governed by its Board of Trustees. The board consists of 13 members appointed by the Governor of New Jersey, the University President, and two student representatives elected by the student body, one which serves as the voting student representative and the other as the student alternate. Trustee appointments are for six years. Each board member serves until his/her successor is appointed. Student trustees are elected by the student body and serve up to 2 year terms. Board members serve without compensation but are entitled to be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses.
