Shore Orthopaedic University Associates

The partners and staff of Shore Orthopaedic University Associates founded the Gregory A. Voit, MD, Memorial Scholarship in honor of their late colleague. This scholarship benefits students from Atlantic and Cape May counties attending the School of Health Sciences with a preference for students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Health Science. Dr. Voit was killed in December 2013 when the plane he was piloting crashed in Albemarle County, Virginia. In addition to his exceptional skills as an Orthopedist and Board Certified Hand Surgeon, Dr. Voit served as an orthopedic and hand surgeon from the 101st Airborne Air Assault Division at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky. He was deeply loved by his family, his patients, and his physician partners and friends. Shore Orthopaedic University Associates establishes this annual opportunity in memory of Dr. Voit’s legacy of integrity, compassion and care.
