Robert L Fine '75 MD

Robert L. Fine, M.D., Class of 1975, is a successful oncologist who specializes in caring for patients with inoperable pancreatic cancer, neuroendocrine cancers, untreatable tumors and brain tumors. His expertise lies in creating new experimental therapies for his laboratory and translating them directly to the clinic population. As a young man, Dr. Fine’s decision to pursue a medical degree was inspired by his mother’s fight against cancer. He also credits his Stockton education for his successful career, “ I feel that the arc of my life benefited tremendously from my formative years at Stockton, and that I owe her a great deal for teaching me to think concisely and rationally, to speak effectively and to write clearly and convincingly.”
