Ricky Amandeo

Ricky Amandeo (Stockton Class of 2021), and family seek to honor the life and memory of Richard “RJ” Amandeo, Ricky’s father, and to celebrate Ricky’s triumphant journey in overcoming a traumatic brain injury. At 39, RJ passed away on September 14, Ricky’s 17th birthday, after a courageous battle with cancer. The same year RJ passed away, Ricky, a junior in high school, suffered a traumatic brain injury in an accident on his high school golf team. Since RJ’s passing, the Amandeo family and the Williamstown High School hold an annual golf tournament. This tournament raises money for the High School’s golf team and other local charities to continue RJ’s legacy of contributing to his community while enjoying one of his passions. This scholarship, in part, will be supported by this tournament.
