Penelope Dugan

Ms. Penelope Dugan, professor emerita of Writing at Stockton University, perpetuates the memory of her domestic partner Ingie Lafleur through an endowed scholarship. The Ingie Lafleur Award benefits full-time undergraduates exploring European History, Women’s Studies and/or African American Studies. Dugan is a loyal and generous donor to the Stockton University Foundation. She also helped establish the Nancy Aston Memorial Scholarship, as well as the Ingie Lafleur Award, and serves as the point of contact for each of these opportunities.
