Kevin Sopuch

Kevin Sopuch ‘95 was a scholarship recipient as a Stockton student, and desires to provide scholarship opportunities for current Stockton University students. Kevin shared, “I’m an alumnus who is finally blessed to where I can give back to help students."

It is with this spirit of giving, as well as a love of learning and curiosity that Kevin has created this scholarship. Kevin believes in opening our minds to a variety of hobbies and experiences, including coding, electronics, astronomy, and visiting museums and libraries. Kevin further encourages engaging in personal pursuits; for Kevin that includes surfing, skateboarding, hiking, biking or fishing. Kevin believes these pursuits and experiences can expand our intellectual horizons making for an intellectually curious life.

One of Kevin’s life lessons was the pursuit of passions outside the classroom. These experiences helped create a greater appreciation of the world where we live and a desire to explore it. The ability to explore and dig deeper in to various subjects has helped immensely in Kevin’s professional careers after Stockton and created opportunities for further career growth. Kevin says, “I owe everything to the educators who challenged me to explore, dig, learn, live.”
