Kevin O'Toole

The Honorable Kevin J. O’Toole is the Executive Director for The Daniel Anderl Judicial Protection Project, established to further the safety, security, and privacy of members of the judicial community and their families.
This educational scholarship is provided to support students studying privacy law, cybersecurity, and criminal justice and to honor the memory of Daniel Anderl, who died tragically when an assailant targeting his mother, a United States District Judge, attacked Daniel and his family in their own home.
