Jim and Margaret Crescenzo

Jim and Margaret Crescenzo, acting on behalf of the Remembering Jamie Foundation, established a scholarship in memory of their daughter, Jamie Crescenzo. Jamie had applied to Stockton days before an automobile accident took her life in February 2000. She was due to graduate from Atlantic Cape Community College in the spring with plans to continue on for a degree in criminal justice. Her goal was to become an Atlantic City Police Officer. Jamie worked two jobs to support herself through college and pay her own expenses. Not only did she attend ACCC full-time, but she was also a full-time shift supervisor for CVS in Mays Landing. The Jamie Crescenzo Memorial Scholarship supports full-time undergraduates in the School of Social & Behavioral Sciences with a preference for students exhibiting financial need.
