(PHOTO: Paula, Izzy and Louis May) Mr. Izzy May established the Louis May Memorial Holocaust Studies Scholarship to honor his father, Louis May, a survivor of the Holocaust. A survivor memoir written by Paula May, Izzy’s mother and the widow of Laizer Majewski (Louis May), is available in The Sara and Sam Schoffer Holocaust Resource Center. The memoir is titled To Tell of Fire in the Night. The award benefits students with a demonstrated interest in Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Stockton University.
