Friends of First Ospreys

First Ospreys is a retention initiative at Stockton University that supports and celebrates first-generation students (those whose parents or guardians have not obtained a four-year college degree in the United States) to ensure the successful completion of their undergraduate studies. Through the First Ospreys initiative, Stockton aims to connect first-generation students to various support programs and resources on campus, and to promote a sense of belonging among first-generation students within the larger Stockton community. First Ospreys is committed to raising awareness about the experience, knowledge and value that first-generation students bring to the university community.
