Fleet Reserve Association

The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is foremost a community of the Sea Services; U.S. Navy, Marines and Coast Guard personnel. The Association, guided by the principles of loyalty, protection and service, works hard for veterans and their families on Capital Hill as well as in their local communities. In 2015, the local Fleet Reserve Association Branch 13 Atlantic City formed a scholarship program through the Stockton University Foundation to provide annual awards for students.
