Family and Friends of Ernest and Sara Paul

The Ernest and Sara Paul Scholarship Endowment formed to benefit undergraduate and graduate students with proven interest in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. In addition, the Ernest and Sara Paul Scholarship Award formed to benefit undergraduate and graduate students with proven interest in Holocaust and Genocide Studies. Ernest Paul, born in Czechoslovakia, served as a member of the Zionist underground in Budapest, Hungary during World War II. His wife Sara, of blessed memory, survived the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp during the Holocaust genocide. This scholarship program honors their legacy.
