Family and Friends of Dr. Bess Kathrins

Stockton University faculty and staff came together to create the Dr. Bess Kathrins School of Health Sciences Scholarship Award in honor of her retirement. Dr. Kathrins served the University for more than 30 years as a professor, and administrator. She founded the Physical Therapy program and developed the institution’s first master’s and doctoral degrees. A gifted leader, Dr. Kathrins guided the School of Health Sciences through extensive growth, impacting the lives of students and colleagues alike. This scholarship is made possible thanks to the academic school’s faculty and staff.
