Dr. Gordan Grguric

Dr. Gordan Grguric (pronounced “gr GUR ik”) established the Silba Distinguished Scholarship. He chose the Silba name after the island in the Adriatic Sea. It is here, that Dr. Grguric’s father instilled the love of the sea into his children. This fund is in memory of his late father, Petar Grguric, who was an avid recreational fisherman and loved the sea with his whole heart and soul.
