David L. Carr

David L. Carr, professor of Political Science at Stockton University, developed the Leona Carr Memorial Scholarship to honor his dearly departed mother. This scholarship program awards undergraduate students from underrepresented, underserved and economically disadvantaged populations whose serious financial need is balanced by high academic achievement.
