Anthony and Rita Mack

Anthony and Rita Mack

When Anthony and Rita Mack opened their first McDonald’s Family Restaurant in Atlantic City in 1986, it marked the beginning of a steadfast commitment to their employees, community, families, and education. Through their A&R Mack Charitable Foundation, the Mack’s have helped provide educational opportunities for their employees and their families, as well as made significant contributions to support students facing financial challenges. Rita Mack served as Chair and CEO of the National Black McDonald’s Owners Association and currently serves on the Stockton University Foundation Board of Directors, where she works to expand opportunities for students and enhance the university’s impact.

Impact

The Mack’s have been strong advocates of McDonald’s Archways to Opportunity Scholarship Program, Atlantic Cape Community College and historical black colleges and universities (HBCUs). They consider it a privilege and a pleasure to be able to pave the way for others to succeed through their giving.
