The Max Mincer Holocaust/Genocide Studies Scholarship is an endowment established by Michael Mincer in memory of his father, Max. The opportunity provides student scholarships for full-time undergraduate students with a demonstrated interest in Holocaust and Genocide Studies and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
