Stockton Neighborhood Watch Book Award

The Stockton Neighborhood Watch (SNW) Book Award is an annual opportunity established by the SNW Program for College students with a demonstrated interest in public safety and community service with a preference for a member of the Stockton Neighborhood Watch Program. Recipients are expected have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and be enrolled full-time.
